Grievance Redressal

Complaints – RA

Client queries or complaints may arise due to misunderstandings or deficiencies in service. These may include inadequate explanations, clarifications, or lapses in expected delivery standards, often due to facility shortcomings or staff attitudes.

Clients can address their concerns by submitting a complaint in writing, verbally, or via phone. Email complaints can be sent to [email protected], or you may call +91 9452585011. If no response is received within 10 business days, clients can escalate their complaint to the Compliance Officer at [email protected]. A response is expected within 10 business days of contacting the Compliance Officer.

For unresolved issues, clients may lodge a grievance with SEBI at SEBI’s SCORES portal or write to any SEBI office. The SCORES mobile app can be downloaded here.

Additionally, the ODR Portal is available for dispute resolution as outlined in SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023. Access the ODR Portal here.

If your grievance is not resolved within this timeframe, you can escalate it to SEBI’s SCORES Platform (SEBI Complaints Redress System).
